Glassdoor just released its third annual report of the Top 25 Most Difficult Companies to Interview, revealing which companies stand out for putting job candidates through the most difficult interview process, entirely based on tens of thousands of interview reviews shared by candidates over the past 12 months.
- Teach for America (#13), Procter & Gamble (#14) and Rolls-Royce (#6) have the longest interview process, 55, 50 and 46 days, respectively. The average interview process typically takes 16 days, according to all interview reviews shared on Glassdoor.
- 52% of Paycom (#11) job candidates report to have a negative interview experience, the highest amongst companies on this report. The average across Glassdoor when it comes to negative interview experience is 13%.
- 86% of Rolls-Royce (#6) and 86% of Avaya (#15) job candidates report to have a positive interview experience, tied for the highest percent of companies on this report. The average across Glassdoor when it comes to positive interview experience is 52%.
