2 in 5 Employees Expecting Pay Raises in 2014; Glassdoor Survey

HR may want to prepare for more requests for pay raises and time off in 2014, as pay raises, looking for a new job and using all vacation days earned are among employees’ top career resolutions, according to Glassdoor’s Q4 2013 Employment Confidence Survey.
