Facebook finally releases their official iPad app, but does it live up to expectations?

The good folks at Facebook have been talking about releasing an official iPad app for months. It was actually expected to be released several months ago and I wasn’t able to find an explanation for the delay. One might assume that they were working out the bugs, but it seems that they stopped short of fixing everything before the release. Keep track of your online (and offline) life via an app

Thanks to the nice folks at Starbucks, I was able to try out the Memento app for free. It allows users to keep a journal via their iPhones or iPads, plus it logs social media posts from popular sites like Facebook and LinkedIn.
