I just read this article on extreme interview situations and I have to say that I’m a little appalled that we’ve stopped treating candidates with the respect and dignity that they deserve. Instead, we’ve turned in our appropriate job interview skills and traded them with stress interviews, absurd questions and basically bad manners. Facebook can predict job performance?

Now here’s an interesting study! For months, we’ve been hearing about how companies are using Facebook to eliminate people from their candidate pool.
